Morning Star Gold N.L.

An ASX listed gold explorer and mine developer, focused solely on historically known high grade gold production targets in the rich Eastern Victorian Goldfields at Woods Point, Victoria, S.E. Australia.

The Woods Point Gold Project is located 120km east-nor-east of Melbourne adjacent to the historic gold town of Woods Point and is accessed via the picturesque Yarra Valley & Marysville.

The Woods Point goldfield and nearby Walhalla are two of the most significant mining fields in Australian history. Historical gold production was approximately 155 tonnes or greater than 5 million ounces of Gold over a century of mining with an average production grade exceeding 27 grams per tonne.

Morning Star Gold has refurbished & dewatered the famous ‘Morning Star’ mine to create access for a substantial underground diamond drilling program, targeting areas of the mine which were largely unexplored and undeveloped by the last operators of the mine - Western Mining Corporation (GMA). This primary exploration area, containing an estimated 60 Million Tonnes of host rocks, exists between Levels 7-15 of the existing mine and is called the ‘Gap Zone’.

Morning Star Gold now holds the largest ever aggregation of Exploration Licences and Mining Licences in the Woods Point Dyke Swarm with over 220km2 tenements. Historical production from MCO's current tenements alone is estimated at 2 million ounces of gold. Morning Star is preparing a global endowment of potential resources within its expanded production field, with scores of high potential targets.
